Knowledge of measuring instrument like Verner Caliper, Micrometer and height gauge, filler Gauge, Dial Gauge etc.
Knowledge of Maintenance Alignment of precision equipment’s.
Knowledge of maintenance of Process plant Equipment’s like Reactors, Heat Exchanges, Pumps, Gear Box, Vacuum pumps, Dryers, Centrifuges, Pelletizers, Mechanical Seal etc.
Knowledge of maintenance of Utilities like Boiler, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Chillers, Nitrogen Plant, Root Blowers etc.
Fault finding of all mechanically performed Equipment’s.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all utility & process equipment’s to be carried out & recoded as per check list.
Co-ordination with other departments
Recording of all data in plant log book.
