Location: Goa, IN, 403722

Job Description :

Shall have adequate knowledge for Set up,Operation & Maintaining of Compression Machines (FETTE 3200IC & P2020),Dedeuster & Metal Detector
Responsible for handling of troubleshooting of Compression machines,Deduster & Metal Detector.
Responsible for carrying out Product to Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance
Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in the Comprerssion & Other process areas
Should follow cGMP practices in the manufacturing area & should ensure SOP compliance while working in the manufacturing area
Responsible for carrying out inprocess checks related to batch manufacturing
Responsible for carrying out calibration of Balances & handling of IPQA instruments related to manufacturing areas
Responsible for Wash area & Material Storage areas management
Should carry out documentation of all activities related to manufacturing areas
Should follow safety precautions in the production department
Should ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure
Should have exposure to audits like USFDA,MHRA,WHO (as applicable)

Qualifications :

Diploma in Pharmacy/Engineering/ ITI pass out.
2-5 years of experiance.
