Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Machine / Equipment Operation
-
Operate assigned machines or equipment as per company guidelines.

Set up, calibrate, and start machines for production processes.

Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments if needed.
2. Quality Control
-
Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards.
-
Report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
-
Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
-
Identify issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
-
Keep machines and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Record production data, machine performance, and shift reports.
-
Update logs on output, downtime, and maintenance activities.
-
Follow instructions provided by the supervisor regarding production targets.
5. Safety & Compliance
-
Adhere to safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
-
Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
-
Immediately report unsafe practices or hazards to management.
Skills & Competencies
-
Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures.
-
Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or manuals.

Good attention to detail and quality focus.

Physically fit and able to work in shifts.

Team player with a positive work attitude.
