Job Description

Major Purpose Of The Job:- He is deployed to run encapsulation machine. Principal Tasks:- He is responsible:- • For performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, trouble shoot, preventive maintenance of assigned machine. • To follow current good manufacturing practices on shop floor. • To maintain the equipment and area always in presentable condition. • That final products meet high quality standards. • For active participation during audits and training. • To perform all duties safe. Responsibilities:- • Follow SOP No. HR003 for proper gowning and de-gowning procedure. • Follow SOP No. SM016, SM019 and SM021 for operation and cleaning of encapsulation machine, die roll segment and check weight variation of capsules. • Follow SOP No.SM033 for cleaning of grills and return air riser. • Follow SOP No. SM001 for usage and cleaning of utensils and production aids. • Follow SOP No. SM039 for procedure for handling of spillage. • Follow SOP No. SM031 for precaution to be taken in case of environmental conditions falling out of limit. • Follow SOP No. SM014 for operation and cleaning of IR drier. • Follow SOP No. SM022 and SM023 for drying and cleaning of capsule drying trays. • Follow SOP No. SM024, SM027 and SM026 for operation and cleaning of polishing pan, auto sorter and inspection belt. • Follow SOP No. SP004, SP005 and SP006 for operation and cleaning of de-blistering machine, bottle air jet machine and capsules counting and bottle filling machine. • Follow SOP No. SP020 for off line packing. • Change over is to be done within specified time. • Complete the online documentation as and when required. • Participate in various Awareness trainings on Environment, Health and Safety. • Regularly attend the sop’s training as per the schedule. • Participate in resolving the issues on the shop floor as a team member and helping to resolve machine related issues.
