We are looking for a responsible Analyst to support the Operational Excellence Team and the leadership in Koch Global Services. The primary responsibility of this team is to create the Desktop Procedures (DTP) for the functions supported & managed by Koch Global Services across the Koch divisions. Team to follow standard templates & processes for creating the DTP’s using available software. Functions are primarily in Finance & accounting

Our ideal candidate is someone qualified in accounting and has prior experience in Finance & Accounting functions. To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who is good in communication, both written & verbal and possess the ability to collect the necessary information and articulate well in the documentation. Candidate should also be detail oriented and should be able to analyze & seek the missing information

What You Will Do In Your Role

Specific Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

As an Analyst/ Associate, you’ll work as part of the Operational Excellence Team for KGS, providing Documentation creation / Control.

• Gather existing materials or work with Operations team to create/amend DTP’s
• Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs
• Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing
• Check proofs, or preliminary layouts, for errors and make corrections
• Finalize formatted documents for Operations Sign-off & publication
• Extend support to KGS training team / Operations Team for training needs
• Coordinate with the other project or workforce for the movement of resources
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
  
  

The Experience You Will Bring

• Should have at least 4 - 5 years of F&A experience, out of which 1-2 years in driving improvement project
• Should have experience in working with RPA/ Automation team
• Should have done process improvement / excellence activities and work with business stakeholders to drive efficiency project
• Hands on experience in MS Products (Word, Visio, Excel & PPT).
• Basic understanding of DMAIC, ESOAR approaches
• Exemplifies tact, maturity, exercises discretion in dealing with information
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive and resourceful
• Should possess experience/ understanding in R2R / P2P /O2C domains.(Finance & Accounts)
• Preferred transition experience.
• Should have experience in training activities.
• Should have experience in process documentation( SOP, Process Map etc)
• Strong communication Skills (verbal / written).
• Preferably Green Belt trained & Certified
