Looking for OPT Recruiter
Experience - 1- 6 yrs
Location - Mind Space ,Madhapur
Gender - M/F
Shift Timings - 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM

Sourcing right candidate for internal requirements for the organization.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates.
Recruited US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.
Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hiring’s with effective hands on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
Have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.
Maintaining good relationship with team members as well consultants.
Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
Expertise in Sourcing Students on Microsoft Technologies, Java / J2EE, .Net, SFDC, Oracle, ETL, Business Intelligence, Business Analyst and Quality Assurance.
Screen Sourced Profiles and map skill sets to technical needs of the recruiting assignment.
Proficient with external job sites like Dice/Monster/Experience/Corp-Corp /Desi-OPT/Linked in etc.
Good skills in finding the right candidates through Free job portals, Social networking sites, referrals & Universities.
