Responsibilities:
-Manage cleardekho optical retail store as per the store operating guidelines.
-Conduct comprehensive eye test both subjective and objective for each patient coming in store.
-Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses and contact lenses as per requirement.
-Convert 100% customer and aim to cross sell and upsale.
- Responsible for the overall look and feel up the store.
-Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expense management.
-Troubleshooting any Complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.
-Achieve all sales target given by management.
-Increase revenue and sales.
