We are seeking candidates for the position of Optum Associate (non-sales role). Details are as follows:
- CTC: ₹2.64 lakhs
Selected candidates will undergo 90 days of classroom training in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.

Claims Processing:

Assist in the processing and verification of healthcare claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to gather necessary documentation for claim resolution.

Monitor and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely processing and resolution.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain and update patient records, databases, and systems with accurate information.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Assist in the generation of reports to track performance, claims status, and other operational metrics.

Healthcare Operations Support:

Assist in the coordination of healthcare-related services, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and managing healthcare workflows.

Work closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth operational processes.

Support the team in administrative tasks related to healthcare services.

Collaboration and Team Support:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, billing teams, and administrative staff.

Contribute to team meetings, share insights, and support operational goals and initiatives.
