Job Description
- CTC: ₹2.64 lakhs
Selected candidates will undergo 90 days of classroom training in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Participation:
Participate in an extensive training program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training.
Learn company policies, systems, and tools relevant to your role.
Understand Optum’s operations and services in healthcare, claims management, or customer support.
Data Entry and Management:
Assist in processing data entries for various healthcare-related transactions such as claims, billing, and member information.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the system.
Perform quality checks and audits to maintain data integrity.
Customer Service and Support:
Provide assistance to internal teams or external clients as needed, responding to queries and resolving basic issues.
Offer support via email, chat, or phone in non-sales-related customer service tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Claims Processing:
Assist in the processing and reviewing of healthcare claims, ensuring that they are in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with claims teams to resolve discrepancies, reprocess claims, or update information.
Document Handling and Record Maintenance:
Assist in the management of patient or client records, ensuring that all documentation is updated, filed, and maintained accurately.
Help prepare and review reports related to documentation or claims processing.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, and office organization tasks.
Prepare reports, manage databases, and assist with project management as needed.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work alongside senior associates, managers, and other departments to assist with operational processes.
Provide support in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Actively engage in continuous learning opportunities and apply the knowledge gained during training.
Seek feedback and apply suggestions to improve performance.
Participate in workshops or seminars related to healthcare services, claims processing, or other relevant fields.
