Desired Skill Set:
• Outstanding Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate
complex concepts effectively
• Knowledge of a programming language is a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle, SOA, OIC, SQL, or equivalent query languages is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint and Power BI is a plus
• Strong collaborative skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an
organization
• Can look at problems both analytically and creatively
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Learn and become certified in Oracle cloud technologies
• Learn about every stage of the Service Delivery Lifecycle
• Define, design, and deliver Interfaces/extensions
• Ability to thrive in our 'start up' feel.
• Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain complex services/platforms/features
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and
user manuals
• Responding in a timely fashion to client inquiries and issues
• Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
• Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation, and
timely delivery
Qualification:
• 4 Years of BE or B. Tech or MCA
• Have a strong track record of good grades
• 0 to 1 year experience working in agile software delivery as a developer- added
advantage
• Personable and engaging with ability to ‘think outside the box’ - must enjoy working on
and with a team.
