We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labour (OTL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM – Time and Labour.

In-depth knowledge of time entry profiles, layouts, approvals, work schedules, fast formulas, and rule-based configurations.

Familiarity with related modules such as Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR.

Knowledge of labour compliance, time tracking policies, and attendance rules.
Technical Skills

Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.

Experience with Fast Formulas (Time and Labour, Payroll, Absence Management).

Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), FBL, and spreadsheet loaders.

Understanding of Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

SQL/PL-SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 2–3 years in OTL implementation and support.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Experience working with global clients is a plus.
