Responsibilities-

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.,

• Lead small projects.,

• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,

• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements-

We are looking for candidates having a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem Definition, Architecture/ Design/ Detailing of Processes in Financial Services/ Banking domain.
We require candidates having experience in any of the following Billing Products
Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) or SunTec / TBMS, Zafinlabs/ miRevenue with excellent understanding on billing processes such as Pricing, Billing, Revenue Management, Payments & Collections.
Candidates should have experience in at least two implementation projects in their careers.,
Location of posting is subject to business requirements.
