Introduction
As Oracle SCM Domain Expert, you are part of the TBO service line of Infrastructure Services business of IBM. You are responsible to provide 24X7 support in Hadoop platform. You will demonstrate Domain expertise or Level 2 Admin skills in an analytic stack.
Oracle Applications is key application for IBM Clients and all the critical activities will be performed in this application like Billing, Payments, generation of P&L and Balance Sheet. Oracle SCM Module expert is associated with Other Integration Application where transaction got initiated which ends up in Billing/Payments. You will handle the new implementation, testing, and documentation of new and updated fixes, reporting packages will be moved into production environment per request by project.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation between integration application like PR-PO, MXAR-MXMR, MXAR-Move Order
• Work closely with Business on Month end closing activities to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Provide GST Implementation Support along with implementing patches and other day-to-day Oracle ERP tasks including patch testing/ reports validations/ users and business support /users from Dev to QA to Production
• Assist internal and external clients by creating demos and status reports
• Perform Query Optimization and tuning while working with IT and business users to resolve support and technical inquiries
• Provide and manage on-call support and deliver reports/cubes and also partner with the Data Architect, the DBA team, and the Systems team on data and meta-data
• Define and Manage report security, folder security, database row level security, report scheduling and distribution
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Oracle business modules and reports

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Minimum 4 – 8 years of experience in IT Industry along with minimum 3 years Oracle SCM as an Expert
• Experience in Oracle SCM Techno Functional (Creation of PR, PO, GRN, MO, SRN etc)
• Ability to produce and manage dashboards and apply data visualization standard methodologies
• Proficient in SQL along with in-depth understanding of the R12 Function and GST Implementation

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Working knowledge of core Business Function of ERP / Supply Chain technology
• Unix/Shell scripting is desirable
