Role Designation: Senior Associate Consultant
Educational Requirements: BE , MCA , MSc , BTech , BSc , BCom , MTech , BCA
Service Line: Enterprise Package Application Services
Skill: Oracle XStore, Oracle POS(Point of Sale)
Responsibilities:
- Gather functional requirements and develop L3/L4 processes,
- Develop functional design documents,
- Conduct demos to internal and external stake holders,
- Ensure technical team understand the exact requirements and perform periodic QA of the development,
- Produce test scenarios and test cases,
- Work in collaboration with technical and QA teams,
- Participate in design discussions with clients. )
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree with at least 3yrs. of experience in IT/ITES
- Good understanding of point of sale processes including Inventory Management functions,
- Ability to probe and gather requirements, document the requirements and build requirement traceability,
- Ability to develop process flow diagrams,
- Ability to conduct functional workshops or solution demos,
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,
- Ability to interface with client functional teams,
- Oracle Xstore (Point of Sale) implementation/configuration experience (preferred),
- Ability to develop functional design documents,
- Perform Defect Traige & support QA activities,
- Excellent Client handling skills,
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members,
- Location of posting is driven by business requirements
