We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Management with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order entry, validation, and processing in the system with accuracy.

  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment as per SLA.

  • Handle order amendments, cancellations, and escalations efficiently.

  • Generate reports related to order status, backlogs, and customer requests.

  • Provide regular updates to customers and resolve their queries professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
