Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outage Tracking: Monitor, log, and track live and historical system, network, or infrastructure outages.

  • Data Analysis: Investigate incident logs to find root causes and spot chronic or recurring issues.

  • Sign-Off Authority: Review restoration steps and give formal engineering sign-off to close outage tickets safely.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with field operations, IT, and core engineering groups to align on downtime windows and fixes.

  • Reporting: Maintain Management Information System (MIS) dashboards and reports detailing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and availability metrics.
