Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outage Tracking: Monitor, log, and track live and historical system, network, or infrastructure outages.
- Data Analysis: Investigate incident logs to find root causes and spot chronic or recurring issues.
- Sign-Off Authority: Review restoration steps and give formal engineering sign-off to close outage tickets safely.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work with field operations, IT, and core engineering groups to align on downtime windows and fixes.
- Reporting: Maintain Management Information System (MIS) dashboards and reports detailing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and availability metrics.
