Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and goal-oriented Outbound Calling Tele caller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients, promoting products or services, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
This role requires a strong communicator who is confident speaking on the phone, understands the product or service being offered, and is capable of handling objections and persuading prospects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to meeting daily call and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make a set number of outbound calls each day to potential customers from the provided database or leads list.

Introduce and promote the company’s products or services over the phone.

Identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate solutions.

Maintain a polite and professional tone during all customer interactions.

Follow a structured script while also being adaptable to customer responses.
2. Customer Engagement

Build rapport with prospects and customers to understand their interests or concerns.

Explain product benefits, features, and offers clearly and convincingly.

Address objections confidently and attempt to convert interest into a sale or appointment.

Record detailed feedback and comments from customers.
3. Follow-Up & Conversion

Call back customers who have requested follow-up or additional information.

Track and manage leads through a CRM or call management system.

Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the field or inside sales team.

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
4. Documentation and CRM Updates

Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps.

Update customer details, lead status, and notes in the CRM software.

Report any inconsistencies, wrong numbers, or technical issues to the supervisor.

Prepare performance summaries and submit call logs as required.
5. Team Collaboration & Improvement

Share call feedback, lead quality insights, and conversion issues with the team.

Participate in daily briefings, role-playing exercises, and call quality reviews.

Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and selling techniques.

Adapt quickly to new campaigns, scripts, and system updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred

Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language]

Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally over the phone

Active listening and persuasive selling skills
