Job Overview
We are seeking an Outbound Calling Tele caller for the Banking Collection Process to make outbound calls to customers regarding their due and overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Banking Collection Process
· Candidate will have to do Tele calling.
· Need to call to customers for their outstanding dues
· Need to work for Banks and NBFC for their collection & recovery services
· Best in class performance incentive.
· Banking Collection Process
· Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments.
· Must have good convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of pending or overdue payments.
- Provide details of loan or credit card outstanding balances and assist in resolving queries.
- Convince customers to make timely payments and avoid penalties.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details in the system.
- Escalate complex cases to the collection manager if required.
- Follow the bank’s compliance policies while dealing with customers.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
