Job Description

We are an educational institute & looking for dynamic male/Female Tele callers. This is not a work from home job. This job offers attractive incentives. Job location is near M M Layout in Kavalbyrasandra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele sales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products or services.

  • Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads regularly.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and tele sales skills.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.
