Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Calling Tele caller to make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and drive sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively. This role requires cold calling, follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:
- Make outgoing calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services, answer queries, and persuade customers to take action.
- Generate and qualify leads for sales teams or business development.
2. Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction through positive interactions.
3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management:
- Follow up with interested customers via calls, emails, or messages.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Ensure timely reminders, updates, and offers are shared with customers.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve strategies.
