Job Description:

Complete monitoring of the finance collection on vendor premises.
Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of a team of agents.
Delivery of team collection targets and achieve quality and productivity.
Handling major & large customers to ensure timely collection.
Maintenance of the data records, meeting revenues & targets.
Daily portfolio review with vendor also monitoring vendor on company audit check poins
Maintaining daily MIS report and DRR as well tracking waiver report and file.
Tracking vender to work as per company policy
People management including all HR related issues, as well as staff development.
Operational management. Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
Ownership and problem resolution.
Call monitoring, responsible for delivery of the defined customerexperience in every cal
Training and development of staff.
Motivation, leadership for a team leaders agents and developing future leaders.
Conducting performance appraisal for the team.
Contribute to the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line.
Compiling reports of team performance, target Conversion, TAT and indicators.
Work very closely with the team members, understand the agent’s problems and weaknesses and address these.
Offers solution and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
Working with the business in identifying key fraud risk areas and advising of controls to minimize such risks
