Team: Corporate Ambassadors, BB Champs, iLMS Ambassadors (3-8 members)Generate Sales through Team
• Responsible for funnel creation by ensuring team is doing proper catchment working & lead closure • Regular customer visits, finding out insights & training team in pitching
• Governance of team by looking at input & output metrics of the team
• De-averaging data & arriving at opportunity areas in the market to tap into
Team Management
• De-average on team’s performance & take corrective actions
• Motivate & engage team to meet targets & earn incentives
• Handhold new fleet to ensure they are trained & brought upto speed
• Manage day to day operations like conducting team huddle, approve attendance & manage roster
KRA: 1) Postpaid GADs (COCP+R/COIP) 2) Broadband GADs 3) %PSG (Productive fleet)
