JD:
- Ability to generate leads through calling process.
- Solve the query of existing inbound client.
- May develop business over the phone from existing data of client.
- Supporting marketing activities through calling and mailing.
- Making outbound calls.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the companies products.
Competencies/ Skill Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
