Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive fluent in Tamil and Telugu, to promote and sell premium Ayurvedic health supplements. The role requires strong communication skills in regional languages and basic product knowledge to educate and convince potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Tamil and Telugu languages
Explain the benefits and usage of various Ayurvedic supplements
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Build trust with clients by offering accurate product information
Maintain customer records and update follow-up statuses in the CRM system
Handle objections and convert leads into sales

Languages:

Fluency in Tamil and Telugu is essential.
Basic conversational English or Hindi will be helpful for internal communication and training purposes.

Skills:

Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to explain technical or wellness concepts in simple, relatable terms.
Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections with patience and confidence.
Time management and ability to manage a high volume of daily calls.
Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn basic data entry tools.
