Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Performing excellent customer service
- Analyzing client debt portfolios
- Explaining services to potential clients
- Assisting clients with program process
- Collecting client account information
- Answering customer questions and inquiries
- Communicating account issues with management
- Other tasks as assigned
- Excellent communication skills, prior BPO experience of US market is a must
- Collections Background would be an added advantage
- Desire to help people
- A positive attitude – friendly, personable and outgoing
- Ability to multitask
- Drive for success and excellence
- Inside or outside sales experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Software including Word, Internet, Outlook, Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and concern for impact is essential
