Job Description

Outbound Sales is a sales professional specialized in establishing outbound customer contacts in order to promote and sell a product.
Excellent Communication Skills. 
Alternative Saturday - Off and rest 2 Saturday is half day
Experience Require - International Sales outbound Experience only

Office Time - 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and databases.
  • Follow up on warm leads and previous inquiries.

2. Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Pitch products/services, explain benefits, and address customer concerns.
  • Persuade prospects to purchase or schedule appointments for further discussions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a customer database and track interactions in CRM software.
  • Build strong relationships with customers for long-term business.
  • Handle objections professionally and convert hesitant leads into buyers.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep records of sales calls, customer feedback, and conversions.
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and call scripts.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings.
