Job Description

Hiring: Sales Agent – US Outbound CallingLocation: Remote – IndiaMarket: USAFreshers can also applyEmployment: Full-time Contract/FreelancingCompensation: Commission BasedShift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Requirements:
  • US Outbound Sales / BPO Calling experience
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong objection handling & closing skills
  • Experience with CRM & cold calling
  • Laptop, high-speed internet & noise-free workspace
  • Willingness to work in US Central Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 100–120 outbound calls/day
  • Sell DOT compliance & training services to US trucking companies
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Achieve weekly sales targets

Important: This is a commission-based role. Contract and payments will be processed through Upwork.
