Job Description

• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential or existing customers using a prepared script or sales pitch.

  • Follow a structured calling process to introduce the company’s products or services.

  • Maintain a courteous and convincing tone throughout the conversation to build rapport.

2. Sales and Lead Conversion:

  • Understand customer needs, pitch appropriate products or services, and offer solutions that suit their requirements.

  • Persuade customers to purchase products, subscribe to services, or schedule a follow-up call or meeting.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets.

3. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by listening to them attentively and responding to their queries professionally.

  • Handle objections and provide accurate information to gain customer trust and confidence.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business or referrals.

4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Record customer details, call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up information accurately in the CRM or call log system.

  • Update the status of leads and maintain data hygiene by ensuring correct and current information is stored.

5. Follow-ups and Callbacks:

  • Follow up with interested prospects who need more time to decide.

  • Call back leads who were unavailable or requested a callback.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize chances of closing a sale.

6. Coordination and Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams as needed.

  • Prepare daily or weekly performance reports for submission to the supervisor or manager.

  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews regularly.
