We are looking for a sales-driven and energetic Outbound Sales Telecaller to generate leads and close deals for the retail and hospitality sector in the UK market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in the UK retail and hospitality sector.
- Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
