Overview
An Outbound Sales Telecaller is responsible for making proactive calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a target-driven approach to maximize sales conversions.
The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and capable of handling objections while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Making outbound calls. Pitching our products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different softwares
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide the right solution
- Seize opportunities to sell & upsell products on every call
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
- Outbound sales
- UK Process
- Shift 1:30 pm ist to 10:30 pm ist
