We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Outbound Sales Telecaller to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven approach, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
As an Outbound Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining product or service offerings, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated on Training courses and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Achieve monthly Target and get incentives accordingly.
