Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Outbound Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. While prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage, freshers with good communication abilities are welcome as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Telecalling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided by the company.

  • Introduce the company’s products or services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

  • Generate customer interest and create awareness about the product offerings.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.

  • Answer queries and provide accurate information to customers.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify potential leads through outbound calls and qualify prospects based on their needs.

  • Persuade customers to consider purchasing products or subscribing to services.

  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.

  • Ensure a high conversion rate by adopting an effective sales pitch and approach.

3. Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential customers.

  • Handle customer objections tactfully and provide logical, solution-oriented responses.

  • Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Ensure a customer-centric approach to deliver a positive experience.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain a record of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the database.

  • Update the CRM or call logs accurately after each interaction.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and customer responses.

  • Share insights with the team and suggest strategies to improve conversions.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align calling strategies with business goals.

  • Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and sales processes.

  • Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions.

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

  • Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches confidently and professionally.

  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively.

2. Sales Skills

3. Technical Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing.
