Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tele-Counsellor with 2–3 years of proven expertise in handling inbound/outbound calls, providing guidance to customers, and converting inquiries into successful outcomes. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering accurate information, and maintaining a high level of service quality over phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities-
Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide detailed information about courses/services/products as per company requirements.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.

Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales/registrations (as applicable).

Follow up with potential customers to ensure closure.

Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, conversions, and follow-ups.

Address customer queries and escalate cases when required.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and counselling skills.

2–3 years of experience as a Tele-Counsellor / Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.

Strong communication skills in English and local languages.

Ability to handle high-volume calling and manage time effectively.

Good listening skills and customer service orientation.
-
Familiarity with CRM or lead-management systems.

Persuasive and confident with a customer-first approach.
-
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience in education/edtech
-
Graduation in any discipline.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
