Position Summary: Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products/services, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
Contact international customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
Address customer needs, maintain a positive demeanor, build relationships.
Upsell products/services, achieve sales targets.
Record call details, maintain accurate records.
Troubleshoot issues, escalate unresolved problems.
Adhere to company policies and scripts.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients in international markets.

Pitch products/services and generate leads, sales, or appointments.

Maintain daily call logs and records of customer interactions.
✅ Customer Handling & Follow-ups

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional interactions.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Handle customer objections, provide relevant information, and close deals effectively.
✅ Achieving Targets & Reporting

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets.

Maintain and update CRM systems and reports with accurate details.

Work closely with the sales or support team to improve conversion rates.
