Job Description: Outbound Voice Process Telecaller - International

Position Summary: Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products/services, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:
Contact international customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
Address customer needs, maintain a positive demeanor, build relationships. 
Upsell products/services, achieve sales targets.
Record call details, maintain accurate records.
Troubleshoot issues, escalate unresolved problems.
Adhere to company policies and scripts.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients in international markets.

  • Pitch products/services and generate leads, sales, or appointments.

  • Maintain daily call logs and records of customer interactions.

✅ Customer Handling & Follow-ups

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional interactions.

  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

  • Handle customer objections, provide relevant information, and close deals effectively.

✅ Achieving Targets & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and reports with accurate details.

  • Work closely with the sales or support team to improve conversion rates.
