Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct on-ground fieldwork by visiting restaurants and engaging with staff and patrons to promote the PLANA app
2. Assist restaurant personnel in understanding and utilizing the features of the PLANA app effectively
3. Act as a brand ambassador for PLANA, effectively communicating its features, benefits, and value proposition to potential users
4. Facilitate demonstrations and trials of the PLANA app within restaurant settings, addressing user inquiries and providing assistance as needed
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing efforts to develop strategies for expanding PLANA's user base
6. Provide regular feedback and insights from on-ground interactions to enhance PLANA's user experience and marketing initiatives
Skills and Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal and oratory skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
2. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong inclination towards on-ground fieldwork and direct customer engagement
3. Interest in the restaurant industry and a passion for exploring new social experiences would be a plus
4. Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments
5. Must be based in Delhi and available for on-site work as required
6. Prior experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles is preferred
