Job Description
Monthly Petrol Allowance: Around ₹1,000 is often given as a monthly petrol allowance to help cover fuel costs for bike or scooter riders.
Vehicle Requirement: Usually, a bike or scooter
Smartphone: A smartphone is essential to use the delivery app, navigate routes, and receive orders.
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID)
Address proof
Bank account details for salary payments
Key Skills and Competencies:
Physical Abilities:

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25–30 kg regularly.

Stamina to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for 8–10 hours per shift.

Comfortable working in varying conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy environments).
Technical and Functional Skills:

Basic understanding of scanning devices and warehouse software (preferred).
