Job Description
- Indore candidates can apply only.
- Candidate should have knowledge of food processing packaging area.
- Should able to understand process, identify gaps by root cause analysis and correct it in timely manner.
- Should possess knowledge of Efficiency and Yield/ Recovery.
- Should able to do shift planning, any changes should be reported and communicated to concerned Supervisor.
- Should report regarding any incidents, material loss by improper handling or behavior to Shift Executive Production/ Production Manager.
- Should able to maintain proper documentation and knowledge of GMP Regulations.
- To issue the packing material from stores.
- To prepare the master documents of SOP and Batch Packing Record.
- To ensure the online completion of Batch Packing Record (BPR) on regular basis.
- To ensure the online completion of Logbooks on regular basis.
- To procure the batch stereo as per the packing plan.
- To check and monitor visual inspection of the product.
- To train the employees as per SOP's.
- To check the packing quality.
- To control rejection of products and packing material.
- Verification, counter check and signature in all documents related to Packing.
