Key Responsibilities:
Packing and Order Preparation:

Pack school book orders accurately as per the list provided.

Ensure all books, papers, bills, and accessories are included in the package.

Maintain neat and organized packing for easy delivery and handling.
Documentation and Billing:

Print or collect bills generated in Tally and include them in the packages.

Cross-check booklists with bills to ensure no mismatch before dispatch.

Assist with maintaining packing records and stock movement registers.
Loading and Transportation:
-
Load packed books and materials into the vehicle (van or Activa).
-
Ensure items are secured properly to avoid damage during transit.

Arrange items logically to match the delivery order.
Delivery Duties:
-
Deliver book sets, papers, and additional supplies to assigned schools.

Obtain delivery confirmations/signatures from school representatives.
-
Deliver urgent or leftover sets as instructed by the supervisor.
Record Maintenance:
-
Keep detailed logs of dispatched and delivered items.
-
Record items returned or undelivered and report to the supervisor.

Help with inventory tracking and book arrangement in store/warehouse.
General Support:
-
Assist in keeping the packing and storage area clean and organized.
-
Support during peak seasons or large school orders by working extra hours if needed.

Cooperate with other team members and report any issues promptly.
