Job Overview :
Candidate will be part of the dedicated operations team at the India's largest ecommerce company. Candidates will be performing the task related to customers E-commerce orders including various roles in the warehouse briefly mentioned below.
Job Description & Location:-
Fulfilment Center - Inventory management, Stacking Products in racks, Picking from racks, Processing items as per invoice, Packaging products, Dispatching Products location wise.
Employment Type – Fixed Contract
Contract Tenure – Variable (Renewable Short Term/Long Term)
Job Type – Full Time
Desired Qualification –
Should be basic English comprehensive.(As job role involved reading product/invoice description)
1. Senior Secondary Certification (SSC Pass) basic English comprehension
Shift Schedules :-
Shift Time- Day Shift – 08:30 To 18:30 Hrs; 10 hours shift with 1 hour break time (Mandatory Rotational Shift)
Weekly Off- 2 Week offs (5 Day working with Rotational weekly off)
Salary and Benefits :-
Fix Take home salary + Conditional Incentives – (Direct Benefits)
TOTAL POTENTIAL SALARY = INR 18790*
(Indirect Benefits):
- Provident Fund (PF)– INR 1774 (+Company Contribution)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)– INR 117
- Total Fix Gross Salary - INR 15521
