Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Packing Supervisor to oversee the entire packaging process within our production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all packaging activities comply with company standards and customer specifications while managing a team of packaging operators efficiently.
The Packing Supervisor plays a critical role in coordinating daily packaging operations, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely completion of packaging targets. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of Packaging Operations

Oversee the daily packaging activities to ensure compliance with company guidelines and customer requirements.

2. Quality Control
