- The Pad Print Operator will be responsible daily for garment production and quality.
- The Pad Print Operator will be responsible for proper turning and cleaning of ink cups and plate during production to ensure the highest quality printing.
- The Pad Print Operator will be assist in training new Pad Printing machine operators as directed.
- The Pad Print Operator will be responsible for exceptional cleanliness of Inkcup machines, work area, and overall department cleanliness. All areas are to be clean prior to shifts’ end.
- The Pad Print Operator will be responsible for STAR documenting and communicating daily production on correct operator or tag puller forms.
- The Pad Print Operator is to communicate with Ink Tech Specialist when supplies, ink, and plates are needed.
