Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
As a Paid Media Intern, you will assist in executing performance-driven campaigns, analyzing data, and gaining a solid understanding of how paid advertising contributes to business growth. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in digital marketing, particularly in performance advertising, PPC (pay-per-click), and media buying.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Support

Assist in setting up and launching paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.

Upload creatives, write ad copies, and apply targeting parameters under the guidance of the Paid Media team.

Monitor live campaigns for pacing, spend, and engagement metrics.
2. Performance Tracking and Reporting

Collect and analyze data from ad platforms using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ad performance.

Highlight campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Use Google Sheets or Excel to maintain campaign tracking dashboards.
3. Research and Competitor Analysis

Conduct industry research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and competitor advertising strategies.

Suggest improvements or ideas based on findings and benchmarks.
4. Budget and Bidding Support

Track daily ad spends to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), CPM (cost per thousand), and other bidding strategies.

Assist in creating budget allocation plans and bid adjustments based on performance.
5. Creative Coordination

Coordinate with designers and copywriters for ad creatives (banners, videos, carousels).

Ensure all creative materials follow platform guidelines and brand tone.

Organize creative files and maintain version control for campaigns.
6. A/B Testing

Assist in setting up A/B tests for headlines, descriptions, creatives, and landing pages.

Track test results and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
7. Learning & Development

Actively participate in internal training sessions and workshops.

Stay updated with changes in platform algorithms, advertising policies, and digital tools.

Learn about campaign attribution, Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and funnel tracking.
