Wanted Paint Shop Maintenance Engineer 

To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction.   To improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and nominating associates for various training.   Inspection of high gloss and semi-glossy polyurethane topcoat paint.   Preparing in-process monitoring check sheets & inspection formats for the painting process.   Working knowledge of ERP in the manufacturing process.   Expertise in establishing a new powder coating shop.
