Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting test the assessment of adhesion strength between coating layers, with the substrate (Crosscut, pull off) in the test specimens.
- Inspection of high gloss and semi-glossy polyurethane topcoat paint.
- Preparing in-process monitoring check sheets & inspection formats for the painting process.
- Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance.
- Hydraulic presser and pneumatic presser system regulator pumps and filters Maintenance.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE Engineers
- Experience: Freshers
- Salary: 12k to 16k + OT, PF, ESI, Bonus
