 Key Responsibilities

● Operate the Woodtech PS132PV Panel Saw for precise cutting as per approved cut lists.

● Verify panel size, laminate direction, and cutting dimensions before production.

● Ensure accurate labeling and segregation of cut components.

● Minimize material wastage through proper cutting optimization.

● Perform daily machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

● Inspect saw blades and report machine issues immediately.

● Follow factory safety standards and maintain a clean work area.

● Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and downstream teams for smooth workflow.

Cold Press Operator

 

 Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience operating a cold press machine in a furniture, modular, or interior manufacturing setup.

● Experience working with plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, and engineered wood products.

● Knowledge of adhesive application, pressing pressure, and pressing time.

● Ability to understand production instructions and panel dimensions.

● Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.

 

Preferred Skills

● Understanding of bonding and lamination processes.

● Ability to read production drawings and cut lists.

● Basic computer knowledge.

● Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

● Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture manufacturing.

● Knowledge of different edge band thicknesses and materials.

● Experience in machine setup, parameter adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.

● Ability to identify and rectify edge-banding defects.

● Ability to read production instructions and component specifications.

 

Preferred Skills

● Hands-on experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
