Experience: 2- 5 Yrs (Panel Saw Operator| Cold Press Operator| CNC Nesting Machine Operator)

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, Any Degree 

JD:

The Panel Saw Operator is responsible for operating the Woodtech PS132PV Panel Saw to accurately cut plywood, MDF, HDHMR, and other engineered wood panels as per approved cut lists while ensuring quality, minimal wastage, and safe machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate the Woodtech PS132PV Panel Saw for precise cutting as per approved cut lists.

● Verify panel size, laminate direction, and cutting dimensions before production.

● Ensure accurate labeling and segregation of cut components.

● Minimize material wastage through proper cutting optimization.

● Perform daily machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

● Inspect saw blades and report machine issues immediately.

● Follow factory safety standards and maintain a clean work area.

● Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and downstream teams for smooth workflow.

Quality Responsibilities

● Maintain cutting accuracy as per production tolerances.

● Verify dimensions before batch production.

● Prevent chipping, edge damage, and wrong-cut components.

● Ensure finished parts are properly stacked and protected.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience operating a Woodtech PS132PV or similar industrial panel saw.

● Experience in cutting plywood, MDF, HDHMR, and laminated panels.

● Ability to read cut lists and production drawings.

● Knowledge of measuring tools, blade setting, and machine safety.

Preferred Skills

● Attention to detail.

● Basic machine troubleshooting.

● Teamwork and production discipline.

● Ability to achieve daily production targets.

Reporting To

Factory Manager / Production Supervisor.

Salary Range : 25K-40K 

Age Limit : Till 38 

Shift Timing : 9 hrs Rotational Shift / 1- Rotational Week-Off
