Job Description
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Beverage and Refreshment Preparation:

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to office staff and guests as required.

Provide refreshments during meetings, conferences, and client visits.
-
Ensure beverages are served on time, hygienically, and with courtesy.
2. Pantry and Kitchen Maintenance:
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and storage.
-
Wash and clean utensils, cutlery, and dishes used by staff or during meetings.
-
Regularly sanitize the water dispensers, coffee machines, and other pantry equipment.

Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues to the admin department promptly.
3. Inventory and Stock Management:
-
Monitor pantry stock levels, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water bottles, disposable cups, and snacks.

Refill and reorder supplies as needed or inform the concerned department for procurement.

Ensure all pantry items are stored properly and used before their expiry dates.
4. Meeting Room Setup and Support:
-
Set up refreshments, water, and beverages in meeting rooms before scheduled events.

Clear meeting rooms of used crockery, glasses, and trash once meetings are over.

Maintain cleanliness and order in all common areas and hospitality zones.
5. Waste Disposal and Hygiene:

Dispose of garbage and kitchen waste in a timely and hygienic manner.

Replace dustbin liners and ensure the pantry area remains odor-free and clean.

Follow proper waste segregation procedures if required by company policy.
6. General Office Support (as needed):
-
Assist in minor errands such as delivering water bottles or refreshments to desks.

Help in office cleanliness or light duties in coordination with housekeeping or facility teams.

Assist during company events, office gatherings, or internal celebrations.
