Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for admissions.
· Achieve set daily targets for lead collection.
· Engage with parents to provide information about the school’s offerings and benefits.
· Build strong relationships with prospective parents, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
· Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into admissions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
· Extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
· Strong communication skills to articulate school values convincingly.
· Excellent convincing skills to inspire confidence in the school’s vision.
· Energetic and target-driven mindset.
Details:
. Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).
· Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off)
