Job Description
Job responsibility of Customer care executive.
- The executive will provide transport parents with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution in order to ensure timely information about the movement of students.
- The executive will also help for developing and maintaining strong relationship with parents.
- Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an effective manner.
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
- Investigations of complaints by the Parents regarding fixed route bus service.
- Effectively communicating via email and phone to the parents.
- Will also monitor GPS and track the school buses and will satisfy the real time pick up and drop to the parents.
- Counselling the students, Satisfying the parents in related with the queries and problems on route.
- Present talks and conduct regular forums with parents and encourage them to participate and be aware of their child’s .
- Co-ordinate with the principal's and there requirement in terms of providing vehicle, field trips requisition, events, sports trips etc.
- Bridging gap with school transport and parents.
