Job responsibility of Customer care executive.

The executive will provide transport parents with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution in order to ensure timely information about the movement of students.
The executive will also help for developing and maintaining strong relationship with parents.
Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an effective manner.
Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
Investigations of complaints by the Parents regarding fixed route bus service.
Effectively communicating via email and phone to the parents.
Will also monitor GPS and track the school buses and will satisfy the real time pick up and drop to the parents.
Counselling the students, Satisfying the parents in related with the queries and problems on route.
Present talks and conduct regular forums with parents and encourage them to participate and be aware of their child’s .
Co-ordinate with the principal's and there requirement in terms of providing vehicle, field trips requisition, events, sports trips etc.
Bridging gap with school transport and parents.
