Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases, leads, or cold call lists.

2. Inbound Call Handling

Resolve basic customer queries or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion

Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or messages to convert them into customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term business relationships.

5. Product Knowledge

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.
